Order & Shipping Policy

Order & Shipping Policy – Tritoni

At Tritoni Entre, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth from checkout to delivery. This Order & Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on www.tritoni.my will be processed once payment has been successfully received.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation by email/WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
  • A Shipping Notification with tracking number will be sent once your parcel is dispatched.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • Tritoni currently ships to addresses within Malaysia only (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 per order
  • Sabah & Sarawak: RM24 per order
  • Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns (as advertised on our Website or social media).

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/WhatsApp.
  • You can use this number to track your delivery on the courier’s website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to be updated.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • Tritoni is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While Tritoni strives to meet delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., festive sales, promotional campaigns), delivery may take longer than usual.

8. Order Issues

  • If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number for assistance.
  • Damaged or missing items should be reported to Customer Care within 7 days of receipt, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
