• “Products” refers to any items made available for purchase on our Website.
• “Order” refers to a confirmed request placed by you to purchase Products.
• “We/Us/Our” refers to Tritoni Entre.
• “You/Your” refers to the customer accessing our Website or purchasing Products from us.

• All content on this Website, including designs, photographs, product images, trademarks, graphics, and written materials, are the property of Tritoni and protected under intellectual property laws.
• You may view and print pages for personal use only, to browse and place Orders. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution of Website content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Linking to our Website is permitted only with our approval. We reserve the right to withdraw this permission at any time.

4. Promotions & Voucher Codes

• Only one promotional code or voucher may be used per Order.
• Exchanges for items purchased with a discount or voucher will be valued at the original purchase price, not the promotional price.
• Promotional codes are valid only for the campaign period stated and cannot be applied once expired.
• Selected promotions may exclude certain product categories or limited-edition collections.

Tritoni reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional campaigns at any time.

5. Eligibility

• To place an Order on our Website, you must be at least 18 years of age.
• If you are under 18, you may only place an Order with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

6. Terms of Sale

6.1 Pricing

• All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you to reconfirm your Order at the correct price or cancel it.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and included in your final total.

6.2 Payment

• Payment must be made in full using one of our approved payment methods, which may include online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.
• Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

• Tritoni’s maximum liability in respect of any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the Product(s).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including courier delays, third-party failures, or misuse of Products.
• The Website and its services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the absence of viruses.

• If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining Terms shall continue in full force.
• Customers must ensure that information provided during checkout is accurate. Tritoni will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

6.5 Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify Tritoni, its employees, and partners against claims, damages, or costs arising from misuse of the Website or a breach of these Terms.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Refunds are issued only if a Product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.
• No refunds are provided for change-of-mind purchases. Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the Product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Products such as undergarments, swimwear, and bodywear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours of placement, unless the Product is unavailable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
