Return & Refund Policy
At Tritoni Entre, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellations & Refunds
- We do not accept cancellations after 12 hours of placing an order, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
- Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock or if Tritoni Entre is unable to fulfill your order.
- If your order has arrived but you wish to change the size, color, or pattern, the item may only be exchanged for another item. No monetary refund will be provided.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a replacement.
- Notification must be made within seven (7) days of receiving the item, together with your proof of purchase (receipt).
- The defective item must first be returned to us before a replacement is issued.
3. How to Request a Return (Defective or Exchange Items)
- Contact our Customer Service Team via email before sending any item back.
- Do not return items directly to the address on your receipt — returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
- Walk-in exchanges will not be entertained.
4. Return Instructions
Complete the Returns Form and place it inside your parcel with the item(s).

5. Conditions for Exchange
- Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in sellable condition (with original packaging, labels, and tags intact) are eligible.
- Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges can only be done once per order.
- Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons — such as bodywear, swimwear, and undergarments — are strictly non-exchangeable.
6. Exchange Value & Pricing Rules
- Items returned cannot be refunded; customers may only exchange for items of equal or higher value (any difference must be paid).
- If you used a coupon, voucher, or promotional code, the exchange value will be based on the discounted price you paid, not the original price. Customers will need to top up any price difference.
- If the promotional price is no longer available at the time of exchange, the current system price will apply.
7. Exchange Terms
You may exchange items either at the warehouse return:
Warehouse Exchange
- Customers must courier the item back to our warehouse, including proof of purchase.
- Items must be packed securely to avoid box or packaging damage. If packaging is damaged, the exchange will be cancelled immediately.
- Courier fees apply: RM10 (Peninsular Malaysia), RM24 (Sabah & Sarawak).
- Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days depending on stock availability.
8. Important Notes
- Please do not seal the original packaging directly with tape. Cover it properly before wrapping.
- For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Tritoni Entre will not be responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
- Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Only items that have been received will be considered.
9. Policy Updates
- Tritoni Entre reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time, in line with company practices and operational requirements.
Cancellation Policy
At Tritoni Entre, once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before completing checkout.
Cancellations are only permitted if the item is out of stock or if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Please note that cancellations due to a change of mind are not allowed. If you decide to return an item after receiving it, the item may only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, with any price difference to be covered by the customer. No cash refunds will be provided for change-of-mind returns.
Tritoni Entre reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in line with company updates.
